The Society will take every reasonable precaution possible for the safekeeping of all exhibits but assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage to person, stock or other exhibits, and upon these conditions only, are entries received.
All exhibitors will furnish a certificate of liability insurance in force during the Fair, with sufficient coverage deemed necessary by the Society. Also the exhibitor will supply Employer ID and Social Security numbers. Each exhibitor will be responsible for reporting and paying NYS Sales Tax pertinent to their booth or exhibit. Each exhibitor will provide a copy of their sales tax certificate.
All booths will be judged on the second day of the Fair. There will be two classes: (1) Commercial – Those offering merchandise for sale, and (2) Community Service – Those that are non-profit. There will be no subletting of booths.
All booths should be manned to make a good impression on the public and to be able to answer any questions about the organization.
The decision of the Judges will be final.
Any late set-ups will be disqualified from judging by the Director-in-charge. Any early pull
| outs without permission may result in the exhibitor being barred from any future Fairs. | ||
