AMOUNT OFFERED – $440

  1. The Society will take every precaution possible for the safekeeping of all exhibits, but assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage to person or stock or other exhibits, and upon these conditions only, are entries received.
  2. Since the Grange serves to stimulate rural-oriented people and represents an important part of the social activities and rural industry of the county, the Allegany County Agricultural
  1. Society offers liberal inducements to Granges to make exhibits: 4 Subordinates, 1 Junior, 1 Pomona.
  2. The Pomona Grange will make necessary reports to the Fair 30 days prior to the Fair.
  3. Entry forms should be obtained from the Superintendent and/or Grange.
  4. Booths will be completed and ready for judging by 7:00 PM on evening prior to the opening day of the Fair. Judging is Monday morning, opening day of the Fair, at 9:00 AM.
  5. Booths shall be of project type with the theme determined by Pomona Grange and announced annually at their February meeting, or they may be a standard booth displaying fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy products, and handiwork.
  6. REMOVAL: Booths may not be dismantled before 10:00 PM the closing day of the Fair. Sunday removal is acceptable.
  7. Decision of judges is final.
