AMOUNT OFFERED – $500 to be divided among participants.

The Education Building has provisions for ten booths. Each booth may be used to display artistic, academic, and/or technological work produced by the students in our Allegany County Schools.

Booths must be arranged on the Saturday PRIOR TO THE FAIR between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. All displays must remain in place until the Sunday AFTER THE END OF THE FAIR, at which time they may be removed between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Superintendents will be on hand during the period of arrangement and packing to assist teachers. The building will have constant monitoring during the week. Teachers, students and parents are encouraged to volunteer their time as monitors. EACH SCHOOL OR ORGANIZATION MUST HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE MONITOR THE BUILDING FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS DURING THE WEEK TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE MONEY.

It is desired that the name of the school system and the names of teachers and individual students representing that school be clearly displayed.
